How about 4 fleets, divide what you said in two to make the two main "virus
killing" fleets. 1 command fleet as you specification, but with two huge
dreadnaughts (so it can split if nessasary, and be able to kill anything),
and one quarinteen fleet, carrying marrines, or army, for garison dutey,
engineers, to set up xboat routs, planitary defences, boot strap teems,
and enough ships to provide the quarinteen line as it expands and general
massive support program(4th fleets would probs be the same sixe as the
other three put together.

The two little fleets go out and kill all the system bound virus fleets, and
any wanderes they find, tell the free traders they will be patrolling
corridore, and then clean the stars between the great rift, and the Windhorn,
would mean that the quarinteen lines would be shorter therefore less ships
needed. As the quarinteen line slowly expands, probs a system a month, and
the system is intergrated into the regency, the command and controll fleet
stays within about 20 pacars of the quarinteen line to fend off any ships
moving towords the quarinteen line and get reports from the killing fleet,
just in case the killing fleets stir up something realy bad, like a fleet
from the black currtain. Would also mean that the 20 pasecs to the quarinteen
would be regarded by those systems as safe as houses, and also provide,
inmormation on those systems (detaled, to twoo killers should be providing
basic information), and an incresed trade with the Regence, cos of shore
leave
etc ... should make the systems easier to intergrate.

Once the killing fleets kill all but the wanderes between the G rift and the
Windhorn one fleet patrols the line into Vland, while the other continues to
patrol within corridor "showwing the flag" while the quarinteen fleet catches
up.

After corridore and the one above it (forgotten the name) are cleared and
quarinteened. Strategic naval basses should be set up, just in case the
big bad fleet turns up, and the teritry isn't lost too easily, you could
then start thinking about Vland, all in all it should only take about 10
years to get to Vland, before it could be incorperated as well.

Friends:

	I recently d/l'd a copy of Virus.CMd and it's attendant programs.
What is it exactly and how do I use it, I listed it out and it seems to be
a source code for a program, But I have no Idea what language it's in.
HELP!!! I would like to try it out but don't know how. I appreciate any
help you can give me for this.

Stay Frosty,
